    Received 1000 hours of instructor training.  Training included MSHA safety instructor,
    Certified safety training instructor, forklift instructor, hazmat Level I instructor, Accident
    investigation training, crisis counseling training, Numerous proficiency certifications related
    to law enforcement and security.

    10-hour OSHA compliance, Firefighter and P.O.S.T. Certifications.

    Graduated from security manager's and security officer training program.  

    Oversaw hiring and training of a 23-man security department.  Spent thirty years in
    emergency services.  Served on police, ambulance and fire departments during that time.

Major accomplishments

    Received letter of commendation from persecutor’s office for bringing about successful
    conclusion to year long homicide investigation.  Investigation resulted in conviction of both
    suspects.

    Received letter of appreciation from hotel general manager for work I did as security
    operations manager.

    Implemented first new-hire training program for 23-man hotel security force.

    Authored and implemented mine emergency response program for a company.

    Helped organize underground mine rescue team at another company.

    Helped establish an ambulance service and sheriff’s posse in a remote region of Arizona.

    Served on two organizations set up to aid victims of domestic violence and abuse.

    Served on two county advisory boards.

    Received letter of appreciation for five months spent on a fact finding task force.  The task
    force was purposed with developing recommendations to upgrade our community's emergency
    response programs.   

    Created and served as first chairman of regional emergency response network.

    Helped create and served as first fire chief of a rural fire department in Nevada.

    I reduced operating cost of several companies while serving as warehouse / purchasing
    manager.

    Created new receiving procedure at another company.  Procedure netted company $30,000 in
    supplier credits first year it was in use.  But, procedure cost nothing to implement.  

    Instrumental in getting major supplier to modify its parts return policy.  Supplier was refusing
    to accept return of some parts alleging they were damaged.  I proved to supplier their
    manufacturing process caused the damage.
